Who are we?

Éditions Adyar, founded in 1921, is dedicated to the dissemination of theosophical teachings. Theosophy is a body of very ancient ideas, found at the origin of all the great traditions. It is the core of the Wisdom-Religion, and responds to the essential need for Knowledge. It helps humanity to understand the processes and invisible laws of nature, including the origin and destiny of the human being.

If you would like to consult our books before buying them, please visit the Éditions Adyar bookshop at 4 square Rapp, 75007 Paris, France. We are open on Thursdays (by appointment) and on Saturdays from 14:00 to 18:00. To visit us on Thursday, please contact us beforehand.
