Who are we?

The Editions Adyar publishing house, founded in 1921, is dedicated to the dissemination of the ideas of Theosophy. Theosophy is a body of ancient ideas, found at the origin of all the great traditions. It is the core of the wisdom religion, and meets the essential need for knowledge. It helps humanity to understand the invisible processes and laws of nature, including the origin and destiny of the human being.

If you wish to consult our books before buying them, we invite you to visit the Editions Adyar bookshop at 4 square Rapp, 75007 Paris. We are open on Thursdays (by appointment) from 2pm to 6pm and on Saturdays from 2pm to 6pm. To visit us on Thursday, please contact us beforehand.
